Earthquake Relief

Hundreds of families coming from Fardos, Kallasi and Shaar rushed into the open fields and public parks in Aleppo center. They pitched their tents (photo in the top of this email) and here we are dealing with even bigger numbers of displaced families.

So far NFGM team distributed 1,600 daily meals for the 8 days, along with 200 food portions - each portion meant to last two weeks - one for each family. We bought 90 children’s milk containers so far after truly struggling to find a source to buy from!

At this point, we are crying with people, comforting them as best we can, feeding them and tending to their needs. Thank you for making this ministry as effective as possible!

In times of tragedy we are called to (a) stand by others, (b) follow experts’ directions, (c) repent and return to the Lord, (d) be messengers of hope and (e) raise the voice of conscience and equality - where people are truly struggling under political injustice.
